This 10-inch Meinl Travel Series djembe is rope tuned for authentic sound and accurate tuning, while shell has been made from synthetic material to keep the weight low and reduce sensitivity to fluctuating temperature and humidity levels, so it can even be comfortably played outdoors. The 10-inch diameter and 20-inch depth makes for a manageable travel buddy, while the construction ensures depth without compromising on higher pitched overtones. The synthetic batter head that comes pre-fitted is tuned up via HTP nylon cords, and the entire shell has been finished with a Day of the Dead patterned print applied using eco-friendly techniques.
